The founders of Southwest Motor Services Group, L.L.C (SMSG) are exactly like you.  They were tired of always feeling taken advantage when taking their vehicles to an auto shop, tired of getting the "sales" pitch for every vehicle they needed to purchase.  There had to be a better alternative.

One founding member wanted the same experience He had at a local shop in Tucson.  He took his vehicle in for a brake job.  Once the technician was finished He took the founding member to rear of the vehicle popped the trunk to show two plastic bags.  In those bags were the old brake pads, oil filter and air filter.  The technician insisted that he know what was replaced and offered to dispose of the items if they were of no use.

The other experience was when He was in the ARMY.  He noticed how his soldiers were being treated and taken advantage of at some local dealerships.  He looked after the soldiers in his unit. He would go down to the dealerships with them and made sure they got the best deal possible.  Over the years this experience grew on him and He wanted to shake up the industry.  

 

Imagine going into a dealership and not getting the "Sales Pitch" and actually having the time to look around; or even better only having someone come up to you and ask "How are you today?  Let me know if you need any information on any vehicle. I'm here to help when YOU'RE ready." Imagine going into a shop and actually getting what you need repaired on your vehicle.  Not the "new brakes and rotors" every time. Now imagine the feeling you have if you actually felt conformable at these places.  That's the feeling we want you to experience.  True Customer Service, no better yet, Premier Customer Service.
